Who we are

MyTickets Tours (mytickets.tours) is an affiliate site for sports and concert tickets, run by Everton Bras.

We do not sell tickets. Purchases happen on the SportsEvents365 site, which is responsible for the sale, payment and delivery.

What data we handle

Browsing: the services that host the site (Microsoft Azure and GitHub) log technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

Sale alerts: if you ask for an alert, we keep your email, the event you chose and your language, with your consent. The sign-up reaches our inbox through the FormSubmit service.

WhatsApp support: if you message us, we handle your number and messages to reply, through Meta's platform.

Cookies: the site currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies. If we start using Google Analytics, we will ask for your consent first.

Affiliate links: when you click a link to SportsEvents365, the partner records that you came from MyTickets (code a_aid) to calculate our commission. From then on, the SportsEvents365 privacy policy applies.

Why we use it

To send the alert you asked for, reply to your messages and keep the site running and secure. We never sell or rent your data.

How long we keep it

Alert emails: until the event takes place or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. WhatsApp conversations: up to 12 months.

Sharing and international transfers

Your data only goes through the providers named above (Microsoft, GitHub, FormSubmit, Meta and, if enabled, Google). They may process data outside your country under their own contractual safeguards.
